Lilly re-joined Oxford Science Enterprises in 2021, having previously been a founding Principal.
As Head of Strategic Capital, Lilly is responsible for supporting select portfolio companies on fundraising strategy, network and execution.
Prior to her current role at OSE, she was a Partner at RT Ventures, where she backed and raised money for a number of deep tech companies, including Oxford Nanopore (LON:ONT) and E-Therapeutics (LON: ETX). Before this, Lilly worked at Mosaic Ventures, the early-stage VC firm, and Lansdowne Partners, the London-based investment fund.
Supported by the German Academic Scholarship Foundation, Lilly holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
