Jon joined Oxford Science Enterprises in February 2023, bringing over 15 years of recruitment experience from across the digital and tech sectors for start-up/scale-up, corporate and consultancy businesses.
At OSE, Jon will focus on helping our tech portfolio companies to build top quality leadership teams, support OSE's overarching talent strategy and related initiatives.
Jon joined OSE from bp Launchpad, an investment unit and business scale-up which backs and rapidly scales disruptive energy start-ups, where, as Senior Talent Partner, he built investment teams, portfolio company leadership teams and advisory boards to enable the scale up of cleantech companies from Series A to exit. Prior to this role, Jon was a Director at Futureheads Recruitment, executing searches for healthtech, edtech, fintech, software, and energy clients, in addition to running internal talent teams.
Jon holds a BA in Modern History from The University of Sheffield.
