Rachel joined Oxford Science Enterprises in 2022 and brings 8 years of HR experience across the employee life cycle, and in establishing and improving HR functions.
At OSE, Rachel is involved in all aspects of HR, overseeing internal recruitment, onboarding, consultancy, employee leave, benefits, engagement and wellbeing- as well as providing advice and support to the team.
Prior to joining, Rachel worked within the University of Oxford’s medical sciences division. She is an Associate Member of the CIPD.
