Alma joined Oxford Science Enterprises in September 2024, embarking on her first role in human resources. She supports the recruitment process, employee benefits, and HR data management while developing her skills and expertise in the field.
Before joining OSE, Alma gained experience as an intern at a state-owned company in Indonesia, where she worked on accounting and asset administration, with a focus on administering lending data in the company’s proprietary system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Alma holds a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Universitas Padjadjaran and a Bachelor of Science in International Accounting from the University of Northampton. She is currently pursuing her CIPD Level 3 qualification.
