Katie joined Oxford Science Enterprises in January 2025. She is the Executive Assistant to Ed Bussey, Chief Executive Officer.
Katie has over 25 years of EA experience, mainly gained at London-based investment firms and management consultancies. Her last role was with Bain and Company where she supported Partners in the private equity group.
Katie attended college in Hampshire, where she became RSA Text and Word Processing qualified alongside her A Level courses.
